Reading Tarot to Predict the Return of An Ex

Are you frequently asking your Tarot cards to predict the return of an ex?

Something which I get asked a lot is, “Which Tarot cards are the best to indicate the return of an ex-lover”? Or, “Will my lover and I have a reconciliation”? These are valid questions and one which as a Tarot reader you should not shy away from asking.

At different times in our lives, we have all asked about the return of an ex. Everyone ishunting for the Tarot spreads and cards which will give us answers. When I was nineteen, I performed a Tarot reading on whether or not my ex would return. Keep in mind, I had not seen this ex since I was 14!

I did record the reading in my journal, but not all of the details. I didn’t even write what the reading was about in case someone found it and thought that I was stupid!

At the time I predicted that he was in love with someone else (which he was). But, I predicted that he would return (which he did). We ended up staying together for four years! So yes, ex’s to return even the ones which make you pull out your Tarot cards.

You may feel too close to read the situation to read it accurately – this is not true. It is best if you read the cards yourself and do not consult another reader. Heartache is a good opportunity for you to get experience with predicting these situations. You can then go on and predict these things for other people because you will be experienced in the matter.

Tarot Cards to Indicate the Return of an Ex

There is no one Tarot card which represents the return of an ex. Instead, you will want your reading to include these cards especially if they appear in the future (also known as outcome) or positive (also known as strength or advantage) spread positions.

(I have more detailed relationship card meanings in my Love Tarot Meanings e-book feel free to check that out)

The Wheel of Fortune: This Tarot card symbolises a turn in fortune and everything starting to go your way. If you feel as though you have had nothing but bad luck, this is a desirable card.

The Empress: The Empress was one of the cards which really stuck out when I read whether or not my ex was going to come back, so I now interpret it as my top ten reconciliation Tarot cards.

The Sun: The Sun is all about happiness and getting what you want, hence why it made the list.

The Eight of Wands: The Eight of Wands does not promise a reconciliation as such but it does mean that your ex will call, text, or contact you and you will have a heart to heart.

The Two of Cups: As the Two of Cups is a love card it is a good sign if it appears in your Tarot reading.

The Six of Cups: The Six of Cups is the classic reconciliation card. In most cases, if you have the Six of Cups in your reading, it means that your ex will more than likely return.

The Seven of Cups: While it is not a reconciliation card as such the Seven of Cups can indicate that your ex just needs some time apart to figure out what they want.

The Nine of Cups: The Nine of Cups is the ‘wish’ card so it is welcome in any reading.

The Ten of Cups: I remember seeing the Ten of Cups in many of my readings before me and my ex reconciled. Although I was not reading about him in particular, I can remember always seeing that card at the time and also after we had got back in contact. It is for this reason, that I would read it as a reconciliation card.

The Knight of Cups: The Knight of Cups is interpreted by many Tarot readers to indicate the return of a lover. While I do not read it that way I have included it on our list just in case you do.

The Reconciliation Tarot Spread

Once you have read the list of Tarot cards thet indicate a reconciliation, it is time to perform a reading on the matter. I have designed this quick spread, which we shall call The Reconciliation Spread. Feel free to try this spread for yourself.

Relationship Tarot spread for reconciliation and return of an ex lover

Let’s pretend that our seeker, Mary, has split from her boyfriend Max. She wants to know if they are going to get back together.

If Mary was performing this reading, ideally she would ask the spirits of her ancestors to help her perform the best reading possible. She would then shuffle her cards while asking, “Are Max and I going to get back together”? Mary would then lay the cards out as shown:

Love Tarot card spread to predict the return of an ex past boyfriend or girlfriend

The first card represents the past. In the past, we can see that Mary and Max had their issues. There is a Three of Swords in their past. I am inclined to believe that they have fallen out before; this is not their first break-up.

The second position in this spread symbolises the current situation. In the present, we can see that Mary and Max are taking a break from each other. A break is indicated by the Four of Swords. I would say that this is a good card to get in this position because it indicates a ‘break,’ not a permanent separation.

In the third position, we have what Mary should do; she has the Three of Cups. Mary needs to go out and enjoy herself with her friends. She should show Max she is not sitting at home worrying about him.

The fourth position shows what Mary should NOT do. Mary should not be the Queen of Cups and act loving and supportive towards Max. There is a possibility that this will only drive a further wedge between them. Instead, she should show him what he is missing with the Three of Cups

Finally, we have the outcome which is the Two of Cups. More than likely Mary and Max is going to get back together. I think this not only because they have the Two of Cups in the future, but because their reading gives sounds advice, and their break-up does not seem set in stone.

Tarot Cards That Indicate Cheating

Which are the Tarot cards that indicate cheating? Do you know which Tarot cards represent infidelity? Curious to find out which Tarot cards you don’t want to see if you’re worried your partner has been unfaithful? Here’s a list of the Tarot cards for cheating and infidelity.

It’s a sad fact, but cheating and infidelity are common occurrences in love and relationships. Therefore, it’s pretty obvious that readers often perform readings on whether a partner has been unfaithful or not. Sometimes, there’s nothing to worry about, but at other times, the cards reveal that the seeker’s lover has been up to no good.

I wrote this list of Tarot cards that indicate cheating and infidelity only as a guide. Remember, if you get one of these cards, it doesn’t always mean your partner has been unfaithful. Use your intuition and go with your gut.

Major Arcana Tarot Cards that Indicate Cheating

The Fool

I often see The Fool pop up in readings where there’s cheating or infidelity. Most readers wouldn’t really read this card this way, but I do believe this interpretation can be an accurate one.

The Fool can sometimes represent shocking or wild behavior. This card will appear when someone is acting like they’re independent, even when they have responsibilities at home. Essentially, The Fool can indicate that (in your lover’s mind), they are free from the ties of a relationship. Therefore, your partner may cheat on you because they don’t behave as though the relationship is serious.

The Magician

The Magician Tarot card represents manifestation, new business ventures, and you putting things into motion. There are a lot of positive associations with The Magician, as these types of people are fun and entertaining. However, they also have a dark side.

The Magician can sometimes be a card of trickery and deception. A traditional interpretation of The Magician is also that it represents a con artist. Therefore, it can be a marker that someone is your life may not be as forthcoming as you might like.

The High Priestess

The High Priestess is a typical infidelity Tarot card for two reasons, both of which can be found in The High Priestess’ main meanings.

Firstly, The High Priestess is a card of intuition. It usually advises you to follow and listen to your gut. This card can mean that your hunches are correct if you suspect your partner is cheating on you.

Secondly, The High Priestess can also represent things that are hidden, unknown, or kept secret. Therefore, obviously this card can mean that your partner is keeping things from you – a common occurrence in infidelity.

The Tower

Infidelity is most people’s worst nightmare. It’s no surprise that The Tower – the card of destruction and shock – is one that often means there’s unfaithfulness within a relationship.

Usually, The Tower represents the unexpected. If your partner is being unfaithful, it’s therefore not going to be with someone you would normally suspect. The person they’re cheating with will take you by surprise.

However, I should state that The Tower doesn’t always mean that there’s infidelity in your relationship, especially if you’ve convinced yourself that your partner has definitely cheated on you. Because it’s the card of shocks and the unexpected, this can predict that your lover is not actually cheating on you; they’re probably keeping a different type of secret, one you haven’t even considered.

The Moon

Another card traditionally associated with deception, The Moon deserves a place in my top ten Tarot cards that symbolize cheating and infidelity. In fact, I would say that, out of all the cards on this list, The Moon is the one I would make likely associate with unfaithfulness.

In divination, darkness can be interpreted as symbolizing things that are hidden from you. Even to dream about nighttime can mean that all is not as it seems. Not knowing all there is to know about your relationship can obviously signal that you’re not being told the truth.

The Moon is also similar to The High Priestess in that it can represent intuition and secrets. Usually, when there’s infidelity involved, the seeker has a hunch or feeling that something isn’t quite right with their relationship – this is why they’re looking for infidelity in a Tarot reading in the first place. Often, The Moon means that you already know the truth and are just looking for your Tarot cards to confirm your suspicions.

Wands Tarot Cards that Indicate Cheating

Knight of Wands

Sometimes, the Knight of Wands can indicate that your partner is unfaithful, especially if you feel like the Knight represents them in your Tarot reading and you’re specifically asking about infidelity.

The Knight of Wands is known for his high sex drive. While this doesn’t always mean your partner is unfaithful, it does mean that your lover likely has a wandering eye. If your reading looks overly negative and the Knight of Wands comes up, this isn’t a good sign.

Swords Tarot Cards that Indicate Cheating

Seven of Swords

The Seven of Swords is the stereotypical infidelity card. In fact, one of its main meanings is deception. It symbolizes someone is doing something they’re not meant to (and trying to get away with it). So, the Seven of Swords in your Tarot reading can obviously predict that your partner is lying to you.

Queen of Swords

The Queen of Swords is another court card that can represent infidelity and unfaithfulness. However, while the Knight of Wands symbolizes your lover, the Queen of Swords is the card of the ‘other woman’.

In Tarot readings, it’s common for the Queen of Swords to signal the presence of an individual who wants to do you harm or wishes bad things on you. The Queen of Swords can also represent people who meddle in your romantic life. Therefore, it’s not a stretch to take this card as a sign that there’s an individual getting close to your partner and looking to destroy your relationship.

Three of Swords

Just like the Seven of Swords, the Three of Swords is another Tarot card traditionally associated with cheating and infidelity. The third sword is supposed to represent the intrusion of another individual into your relationship; where there were once two, there is now three.

The Three of Swords has always been a card of heartache, and also often represents the painful end of a relationship. That’s not to say that your relationship is definitely going to fall apart, but it can certainly mean there’s a bumpy road ahead of you.

Pentacles Tarot Cards that Indicate Cheating

Two of Pentacles

The Two of Pentacles is a common feature in readings where there’s infidelity involved. The reason why is because the Two of Pentacles often indicates a juggling act.

The Two of Pentacles can mean that your partner is balancing their time between more than one lover. They may be stressed because they’re attempting to split their resources between you and someone else. You’ll therefore often see the Two of Pentacles in love readings where cheating is involved.

Closing Thoughts on Tarot Cards that Indicate Cheating

That’s all for the top Tarot cards that indicate cheating and infidelity. Have you ever successfully predicted infidelity with your Tarot cards? What happened during this reading? Feel free to share with us in the comment section at the bottom of this post.

Tarot Cards That Predict Physical Death

What are the Tarot cards that predict physical death? Can death be predicted with Tarot cards? What are the top death Tarot cards?

Before we begin on the matter of Tarot, physical death, and which cards interpret death, I’ve included some common questions people have around Tarot, death, and considering whether you can or should be predicting death. Please make sure you read this before jumping into which cards represent death.

The matter of death is a touchy subject for Tarot readers. While several readers acknowledge that Tarot cards can predict physical death, there are many who shy away from the subject and even deny that physical death can be predicted through Tarot cards at all. They argue that a major transformation or figurative death can be foretold, but not real death and dying.

Can Tarot Predict Physical Death?

I’m not in the camp that believes Tarot cannot predict physical death; in fact, I know it can. The truth is that death is a major part of life. Death is all around us, constantly, and is a feature in the cycle of the universe.

During a Tarot reading, I once predicted death. It was the summer of 2015 and I was reading someone who, at the time, was rather close to me along with her boyfriend (it was a joint reading).

I pulled them three cards and they received The Knight of SwordsDeath, and the Four of Swords. In my mind, I interpreted it to represent the approach of death, the actual death, and the mourning period afterward. I didn’t tell the couple what I had seen, but she began to panic because she said that the cards looked like a death (her mum was also a Tarot reader). Two weeks later, her boyfriend’s aunt was driving down the motorway and suddenly died of a brain aneurism at the age of 31.

Should you Predict Death?

While I believe you can predict death, I don’t believe it’s a good idea to set out and try –and if you do, you certainly shouldn’t be informing the people you’re reading for that they or someone close to them is about to die.

As a diviner, you have a moral obligation to look out for your clients and your own welfare. You should not put anyone (yourself included) into a stressful situation and cause them to panic.

That being said, although Tarot can predict death, it absolutely doesn’t mean that Tarot cards cause death. Death causes death, and death is always a matter of life, so you should never fear your Tarot cards. Physical death is going to happen whether you predict it or not.

How Did I Predict Death with Tarot?

It’s very difficult to predict death by accident. I think one of the reasons I had predicted death was because, at that time, I had been teaching a lot about Tarot and death. In fact, I had taught that exact combination just that day, and it kind of freaked me out how it immediately appeared in a reading.

As you go along on your Tarot journey, you will notice strange coincidences. Frequently, the more you focus on one area of Tarot, the more you attract seekers (people wanting readings) to whom you can apply what you’re focusing on. So, if you don’t want to see death, put your attention on other subdivisions of Tarot such as love, business, or spirituality.

Top Ten Tarot Cards That Predict Physical Death

Below, I have included the top ten Tarot cards I would take to represent death. I should say right off the bat that the main cards I would take to predict death are Death, the Four of Swords, the Five of Swords, and the Knight of Swords. The other cards are less likely to symbolize death, but they can in certain situations.

I should also note that you’ll be looking for a combination of cards to represent death, or really for any subject. One card alone does not symbolize death, but many cards in a sequence will. Death will appear in stages, and your cards will reflect this.

So, to accurately predict death, you should look for a card that can represent an illness or a sudden or shocking, quick event. Then, you would pull a card that represents the death itself. Once death takes place, you would expect to see a period of mourning, or even a card that indicates an inheritance.

In the example I gave of when I predicted death, I recognized that the Knight of Swords can symbolize a shocking event, and that in ancient times, it could mean the approach of death. This matched the manner in which the seeker’s relative died, which was quick and unexpected. Then, the couple got the Death card, which was obviously the physical death. Finally, the Four of Swords appeared; the period of mourning.

Major Arcana Tarot Cards That Predict Physical Death

Death

It’s pretty obvious that Death is the most common card to predict physical death, so it doesn’t require much explanation. While the Death Tarot card doesn’t always mean physical death, there will be times when it will predict real death, albeit rarely.

If you’re unsure whether Death in a Tarot reading is a real death or a figurative one, one thing you can do is look further into the future. If the future is filled with long periods of mourning, loss, and pain, the Death card is likely to predict a real death. However, if the future after death contains relatively positive cards that can mark new beginnings, the Death card predicts a metaphorical death.

Wands Tarot Cards That Predict Physical Death

Five of Wands

The Five of Wands can be a Tarot card that predicts death for a couple of reasons. Writing in 1888, Mathers noted that the Five of Wands was a card of inheritance. Obviously, to receive an inheritance, someone must first die.

In modern times, the Five of Wands is a card that can predict conflict and competition. It’s not uncommon for families to fall apart after the death of a key member, such as a parent or grandparent. The Five of Wands can predict that there will be arguments over inheritances. For these reasons, I would take the Five of Wands to be a card of death.

Cups Tarot Cards That Predict Physical Death

Five of Cups

The Five of Cups is a card of death for two reasons. First, in ancient times, it predicted riches from an inheritance. Second, it can represent heartache, pain, and loss. While the Three of Swords often speaks of the loss of a romantic relationship, the Five of Cups is often about the loss of any type of relationship in any way.  Therefore, the Five of Cups could potentially be a card of death.

Swords Tarot Cards That Predict Physical Death

Knight of Swords

As I said previously, the Knight of Swords can represent the approach of physical death. While many deaths happen in old age or after illness, the Knight of Swords can mean that the Grim Reaper is going to appear quick and suddenly.

Many readers prefer to replace The Knight of Swords with The Tower as an event that’s quick and shocking, like a sudden death. While this is true, I find that Death has a very particular personality that makes it more like the Knight of Swords. Death swoops in and leaves a presence, it encompasses things, and it leaves an energetic residue just as this Knight does. By contrast, The Tower breaks things down and then leaves you to pick up the pieces – it doesn’t linger like the Knight. Therefore, for me, the Knight of Swords is more like a sudden death, not The Tower (although you may choose to read them differently).

Queen of Swords

Traditionally, many people would not take the Queen of Swords Tarot card to predict death at all, and you may think I’m crazy for thinking the Queen of Swords is a card of death. However, given this Queen’s traditional interpretation, it’s not hard to make the link between this card and death.

From experience, I’ve found that many women who identify with the Queen of Swords have the worst luck throughout their lives when it comes to men. Many of them have partners who died young, and an interpretation for the Queen of Swords is that it can represent widowhood. Therefore, the Queen of Swords can predict the eventual death of a husband or partner, especially if you keep seeing it or have always felt it has been you (or whoever you’re reading).

Nine of Swords

The Nine of Swords is a funny card for predicting death. It can predict serious illness, anxiety, and the worry which comes from doing so. Things are usually not as bad as they appear to be with the Nine of Swords, so I’m not so keen on saying that it represents the approach of death. However, it’s possible that the Nine of Swords can symbolize anxiety over dying, so death will be on the seeker’s mind; if death is on their mind, they may have good reason to worry about it.

I think the Nine of Swords is more likely to represent the mourning period after a physical death than it is to represent actually dying from an illness. I feel this way because there’s often a time that follows death where people can’t sleep and are grief-stricken – this fits with the energy of the Nine of Swords.

For the record, I should inform you that prior to modern times, the Nine of Swords was viewed as a terrible omen because it represented time spent in churches with clergy, implying that you will be around nuns and priests because of a death. You will notice that, in playing-card divination, the Nine of Spades has a similar interpretation and is said by diviners to also predict death.

Ten of Swords

The Ten of Swords is very similar to the Death Tarot card in that it can predict physical death or a major negative, almost life-changing event happening in your life.

Although the Ten of Swords can be a physical death and transition Tarot card, it can also represent a number of other dire situations. For example, it can symbolize a major illness, but one you or your seeker may recover from; this is one of the reasons why you should make predictions based on the entire Tarot reading, not just one card.

Four of Swords

As I’ve mentioned previously, I often interpret the Four of Swords to be the card of mourning after a physical death. Not only is this a traditional interpretation, but the card can also predict a time when you have to rest, practice self-care, and look after yourself (as you would following a death).

In Rider-Waite Tarot decks, you’ll notice that the character on the card lies in a coffin; again, this is a sign that the card can signify death. However, this card also comes up during times when you’re recovering from illness, so if you’ve been ill but are taking care of yourself, try not to worry too much.

Five of Swords

I have included the Five of Swords in this list because there’s a superstition among some Tarot readers that this card can predict attending a funeral. Therefore, the Five of Swords is a Tarot card that can predict physical death. I have not heard Tarot readers discuss this belief or write about it for a while, but you may want to use it in your Tarot practice.

Pentacles Tarot Cards That Predict Physical Death

Ace of Pentacles

Finally, the Ace of Pentacles is another inheritance Tarot card. Although most of the other Tarot cards that predict death are overly negative and scary, the Ace of Pentacles is a very positive card, so most Tarot readers wouldn’t assume that it means death.

There will be times when you or someone you’re reading will experience the death of a loved one – which is obviously terrible – but where something positive will come out of it, such as an inheritance. The Ace of Pentacles can mean that you will inherit more money than you thought. Sometimes, the Ace of Pentacles can symbolize jewelry, so the card may predict that after the death of a loved one, you will receive one (or some) of their most prized possessions.

Closing Thoughts on Tarot Cards That Predict Physical Death

That’s all for Tarot cards that predict physical death? Have you ever seen death in your readings? Have you ever successfully predicted death? I would love for you to share your thoughts in the comments section!

(Please note that I do not interpret other people’s readings for them).

Tarot Cards That Predict Pregnancy

What are the Tarot cards that predict pregnancy? Are there any Tarot cards that can represent you’re pregnant or indicate that there’ll be children and babies in your future? Just like love and marriage readings, pregnancy readings are very frequent occurrences, so this is a subject I’m going to cover today.

Before I begin listing the Tarot cards that can indicate pregnancy, I should point out that Tarot readings are no substitute for pregnancy tests! If you’re dying to know whether you really are or aren’t expecting a baby, you’re best knowing for sure by taking a test.

That being said, I have personally seen cases where the cards have predicted people were pregnant weeks before it showed up positive on a pregnancy test. Therefore, always record your Tarot readings for future reference so that you can create your own list of ‘pregnancy’ Tarot cards.

So, here is my list of Tarot cards that predict pregnancy in my readings; yours may be the same!

Major Arcana Tarot Cards That Indicate Pregnancy

The Empress

Of all the Tarot cards that indicate pregnancy, The Empress is clearly the most prominent one. The fact that The Empress’s main meaning is that of pregnancy, fertility, and childbirth makes it an obvious pregnancy card.

Sometimes, The Empress card can represent a want to have a baby, so if you want to be pregnant, this desire can manifest as The Empress. It’s best if you have The Empress plus the other cards listed below to confirm a positive pregnancy outcome.

The Sun

If you want a child but have had trouble conceiving, The Sun is a positive omen. I often read The Sun card as representing children that you’ve always wanted to have but never been able to come into your life.

I usually see The Sun when women have had some type of help with conception – for example, fertility treatment or a change of lifestyle. That’s not to say you’ll need to go through these things in order to have a child. However, it does mean that, if you have, The Sun is a good sign.

Wands Tarot Cards That Indicate Pregnancy

The Ace of Wands

Traditionally, Aces are good indicators of pregnancy. Aces symbolize the ‘seeds’ of conception, and the Ace of Wands falls into this camp. I wouldn’t always predict that the Ace of Wands alone represents pregnancy, but if you pull it by itself or it appears with other pregnancy cards, it usually does.

If you’re hoping for a boy, you’re in luck! The Ace of Wands is a phallic symbol and often signals the birth of a male. So, if you get a positive pregnancy test, chances are you’re carrying a boy.

Cups Tarot Cards That Indicate Pregnancy

The Ace of Cups

While the Ace of Wands predicts the birth of a male, the Ace of Cups predicts the birth of a female. The Ace of Cups is symbolic of the womb, hence why it can represent girls. Not only that, but because the Ace of Cups often represents new love and emotions, this interpretation also makes it a good candidate for pregnancy and childbirth.

In general, the Ace of Cups is also a card that symbolizes a time of increased fertility. Because it’s a fertility card, it’s a good omen for pregnancy whether it appears in the future, outcome, or present position.

Page of Cups

The Page of Cups is another traditional pregnancy, fertility, and childbirth card, so it also makes the list for the Tarot cards that predict you are pregnant. While all Pages can technically represent children, the Page of Cups is especially associated with them for a couple of reasons.

Firstly, the Cups suit is most likely to be indicative of pregnancy because Cups is the suit of love and family. This, teamed with the fact that Pages can be children, is why of all Pages, the Page of Cups is most likely to predict pregnancy.

It’s also common for Court cards to represent the emotions of the seeker. The Page of Cups can symbolize a time where you are emotional, needy, clingy, and cry a lot. Therefore, if the Page of Cups appears in the future, it can mean that you will be emotionally all over the place (and pregnant), or else can symbolize your future children.

Of course, it’s difficult for some people to be able to tell the difference between whether Court cards represent a situation, emotions, your lover, or another person. Interpreting Court cards (and not just memorizing their meanings) is one thing that separates beginners from more advanced readers. Therefore, your ability to interpret Court cards will influence whether or not the Page of Cups represents pregnancy.

Three of Cups

The Three of Cups can represent pregnancy for several reasons. Firstly, because it’s a card of parties and celebrations, it can predict pregnancy. The Three of Cups might represent your baby shower, birthing celebrations, baptisms, naming ceremonies, or a child’s first birthday.

Secondly, the Three of Cups often predicts the addition of another person to your partnership. Where you and your lover were two during the stage of the Two of Cups, the Three of Cups symbolizes you both evolving into a group of three; this is why the Three of Cups is a good pregnancy card.

Six of Cups

Another card that can predict pregnancy is the Six of Cups. I read the Six of Cups as a card that predicts pregnancy because I’ve found that, when it appears in an outcome or future position, it’s very likely to represent babies and children. Obviously, if there are children in your future, there is an increased likelihood that there’s a pregnancy in your present!

One of the reasons why I read the Six of Cups as representing pregnancy is because there are children on the Rider-Waite version of this Tarot card. If you like to read the imagery of your cards, the children on the Six of Cups (and other cards such as The Sun) are a resounding ‘yes’ if you’re asking about being pregnant.

In addition, the Six of Cups is a card of the past. It speaks of a time when you will be looking back on your childhood. When people get pregnant or have children, it’s very common for them to reminisce about their own upbringing. You will begin to examine patterns and behaviors that you picked up from your parents. It is for these reasons that I read the Six of Cups as a pregnancy Tarot card.

The Ace of Swords

Finally, I interpret the Ace of Swords as indicative of surgery, needles, and hospital visits. I often see the Ace of Swords in readings where the seeker cannot have a natural birth and has to have a cesarean. Therefore, if you fall into this category and receive the Ace of Swords in the future, this can mean that you are pregnant now.

The Ace of Swords is a classic example of a Tarot card that can have many meanings, so it can sometimes predict pregnancy, but not always. This is one of the reasons why you should record your readings if you’re trying for a baby. This way, you can see which cards predict pregnancy for yourself.

Closing Thoughts on Tarot Cards That Indicate Pregnancy

It is not always easy to predict pregnancy. Tarot and Lenormand cards cannot reveal everything. Remember, it is not just Tarot cards that indicate pregnancy. You also must rely on your intuition.

Ask yourself:

  • Do I feel pregnant?
  • Have I been dreaming about babies?
  • Have I been dreaming that I am pregnant?
  • Have I been noticing different pregnancy omens?

If you can answer yes to these questions and you have received one of my top Tarot cards that indicate pregnancy, this is a positive result.

Have you ever successfully predicted pregnancy? Did your Tarot cards help you to do this? You did you dream that you were pregnant? Feel free to share with myself and the Divinerism community in the comment section below!

Ultimate Tarot Cards For Love

Curious to discover the ultimate Tarot cards for love? Which Tarot cards should you be hoping for if you’re performing a relationship reading? Which cards indicate that your romance is going to last? If you want to know which Tarot cards predict love, you’re in luck! I have just the list for you below.

One million people who visit this website every year. The vast majority of those visitors are looking for Tarot card meanings which they can apply to their love lives, relationship, and romances. Therefore, I decided to give them and you the rundown of the top Tarot cards which predict that there is a potential for love.

Below are the Tarot cards which I would consider are the best for love and relationships. If one or more of these cards appear in your reading, then this is a reassuring sign that your relationship is on the right footing.

Major Arcana Tarot Cards for Love

The Lovers

The Lover’s card from the Major Arcana can represent the most important person in your life.  In a love reading, the Lovers means that there will be harmony among you and your partner, affection between you towards each other and balance between both of you. Therefore, if you wish to know if there is potential for love between you and another individual, The Lovers in your spread is a welcome omen.

There will be a strong attraction between the two of you on both a physical and emotional level. The Lovers is a somewhat sexual card so be careful that you are not drawing your partner in only with the promise of sex. Many Tarot decks feature Adam and Eve on The Lover’s card; a symbol of temptation.

That being said, if the rest of your relationship reading looks reassuring and the other cards in your Tarot spread are positive, you do not need to worry too much about The Lovers. If you want to know whether or not you and your partner are soulmates, The Lovers is a good sign.

The Hierophant

Traditionally The Hierophant means that wedding bells are about to ring. If you’re performing a love reading in the hopes that your Tarot cards will predict marriage for you and your partner, you’re in luck!

I should point out that The Hierophant is a card of traditional and legal marriages. Therefore, if you get other legal cards in your Tarot reading (such as Justice), then this will strengthen the positive interpretation of The Hierophant.

The Empress

The Empress card typically symbolizes reproduction and abundance; both are welcomed meanings in love readings. The Empress is good for love because it predicts that you will be sustaining a family, happy in a loving relationship. The Empress can even foretell a pregnancy.

There will be no lack of love and happiness, peace and growth in your relationship. However, sometimes The Empress can predict that you might be slightly overbearing with your lover, so make sure you’re giving them space. Let them nurture you as you nurture them.

The Emperor

The Emperor is a very good card to receive in a love reading because it predicts the presence of powerful male energy in your life. Usually, The Emperor will represent a partner or a husband.

The Emperor represents someone who wishes to protect and provide for you. If you have had past relationships with lovers who were not protective, generous and committed, then The Emperor will make a happy change for you.

I should point out that The Emperor can represent traditional gender roles, especially if it is combined with The Hierophant. Even if you are in an LGBT relationship, The Emperor means that you will each have your place with one of you dealing with the washing, cooking, cleaning, etc. and the other bringing home the majority of the bacon; just a heads up that this is what will be expected of you.

Cups Tarot Cards for Love

Knight of Cups

The Knight of Cups means that (if you’re single) love is coming into your life. You can look forward to a lover who is full of ambition, hope, creativity, and confidence. The Knight of Cups will slowly and gracefully melt your heart.

If you’re performing a love reading on a relationship which is already in full swing, The Knight of Cups is one of the best cards you can get for love readings. The Knight of Cups means that your partner desires to be the Knight for you. They wish to sweep you off of your feet.

Even if you’re reading on a relationship you are not happy with the Knight of Cups is still a good card. In these cases, the Knight does not predict that your current lover will make you happy, but someone else will come into your life who will.

Some Tarot readers struggle with interpreting Court cards because Court cards can represent so many different things. Therefore, if you are unsure if the Knight of Cups represents love from your current partner and not love from someone else in the future, you’ll need to work on your ability to interpret Court cards.

Ace of Cups

In our list of cards which are good for love, we have another card from the suit of Cups – The Ace of Cups. On the Rider Waite Smith deck, the water on The Ace of Cups symbolizes an overflow of love and emotion.

As Aces are cards of beginnings and Cups are cards of emotions, The Ace of Cups is an excellent card to receive in a love reading if you’re single because it predicts a fresh start in your love life with your future partner. Also, if you’re performing a reading on someone whom you would like to be in a relationship with, The Ace of Cups is a card which you should be grateful to see.

However, if you’re reading on a relationship which is already well-established, The Ace of Cups is not so good in an outcome or future position. The Ace of Cups is in the future or an outcome of a love reading, it can predict that your relationship will not move forward and past the beginner stages so be wary of this.

Two of Cups

The Two of Cups in a relationship spread is a sign that both you and your partner wish to shower each other with unconditional love. In a Tarot reading, the Two of Cups signifies that your partnership is based on strong bonding and attachment; there is an equal attraction between you and your lover.

Not only does the Two of Cups predict that you and your partner make good lovers, but you are also great friends. You both are on the same ‘level’ and can communicate with one another easily. Together, you have the skills needed to listen to each other with compassion, respect, and understanding. The traits found in The Two of Cups are essential for a romantic relationship.

Nine of Cups

The Nine of Cups predicts fulfillment of a wish regarding love. You seek a passionate and safe loving relationship that you always prayed for with the person of your dreams, and are likely to get it!

It is somewhat lucky to see a Nine of Cups in a love reading because it signifies the contentment your love will bring in your life and intention your partner has to stay with you. Your person of interest is interested and has their eyes on you.

However, be careful as the Nine of Cups is also a card of manifestation. If you’re staying up late at night worrying about your lover leaving you don’t; The Nine of Cups can serve as a warning that you’re going to get whatever it is you’re putting your energy into! Focus on how good it feels to give and receive love, and you will be more likely to attract that into your life.

Wands Tarot Cards for Love

Ace of Wands

In a Tarot reading, the Ace of Wands often indicates love. The Ace of Wands is very positive if your relationship is brand new. Your romance is going to be fun and exciting.

Four of Wands

The Four of Wands reflects the potential to feel warmth and joy in love and reveals how well a couple will maintain a home life together. Also, the Four of Wands is a sign that your friends and family (who matter!) are happy with your relationship.

It is typical for the Four of Wands to predict that you and your lover will soon set up home together. If your relationship has already begun or appears to be getting more serious, this is a good card. You will achieve your goals of living together forever.

If your relationship is not yet serious, the Four of Wands can appear in a love reading to indicate that you and your partner will soon spend a lot of time in each other’s houses.

Tarot Card Combinations for Love

Kings & Queens

Not a card per se but receiving a King and Queen of the same suit together is an excellent occurrence you should pay attention to when they land on your table during a love reading. Usually, Tarot cards together in combination can indicate love or lovers, but be sure to check out what each combination means for each suit below:

The King of Wands and Queen of Wands together in combination.

The King of Cups and Queen of Cups together in combination.

The King of Swords and Queen of Swords together in combination.

The King of Pentacles and Queen of Pentacles together in combination.

A King and Queen of the same suit can predict marriage at best. At worst, they symbolizes the fact that you and your lover are on the same level with regards to energy, interests, goals, humor and the things you want. These combinations are all perfect indicators of long-term relationship success.

Tarot Cards Which Can Mean Marriage

Which Tarot cards which can mean marriage? What are the best cards which predict that you will marry your partner? Which Tarot cards represent major commitments such as engagements or legal marriages?

Tarot Cards Which Mean Marriage

In the Tarot world, marriage readings are very, very common. Seekers (the person getting the reading) often wish to know if the relationship they are in is going to last forever. They want to discover if they and their partner are going to go the extra mile together.

Not only do seekers request readings on their marriage prospects, but it is a frequent occurrence for readers to read on their own love life. It is only natural if you’re a Tarot reader, to want to know if your relationship is going to last or is doomed for failure.

Therefore, if you’re wanting to know which Tarot cards can mean marriage, look no further! Below is a list of the top Tarot cards which can predict marriage. Enjoy!

Major Arcana Tarot Cards Which Mean Marriage

The Hierophant

The Hierophant card is a predictor for marriage. In fact, of all Tarot cards, I believe that The Hierophant is the one most likely to symbolize marriage and engagements. The Hierophant card is very closely associated with traditional customs and the celebrations which come with marriage.

As it is a card which is symbolic of traditional values, the Hierophant is also an indicator that you and your lover are culturally or religiously are invested in the sanctity of marriage. Because one or both of you hold these traditional values, you are more likely to want this for yourselves.

If the Hierophant appears in an outcome or future position, it indicates that your relationship could move forward into marriage. If it appears in a past position, The Hierophant represents a past marriage or engagement.

Justice

Along with The Hierophant, Justice is up there on my list of cards most likely to represent marriage. In fact, if you receive these two cards together, you’re very lucky. These are both fabulous indicators of traditional marriage which is bound by law.

However, I should point out that Justice can be a very cold and ‘matter of fact’ card. I often see Justice in marriages which are quickly executed. Do not expect your over-the-top weddings as you would see with a card like the Ten of Cups. Justice can mean that you will get your marriage, but it doesn’t promise that you will have a fairytale wedding.

The Lovers

It is pretty obvious why The Lovers is a card that can signify marriage. The Lovers of The Rider Waite Smith Tarot deck (and the art of many other card decks) includes Adam and Eve; the first married couple to walk the earth.

However, although I have included The Lovers in this list, The Lovers alone does not predict a marriage. The Lovers is also a card of sexuality and temptation, so in a negative reading, it can predict that your relationship will be ‘sinful’ and not progress to a major commitment.

The World

Has marriage has been on your mind for a very long time? Then The World is a very good card to indicate that you will one day be married. If you have always aspired to be a wife/husband then The World means that married life is on the cards.

The World is a positive indicator for marriage because it often represents a major ambition being accomplished. Once you have fulfilled the ‘goal’ of getting married you can move onto something else. The World predicts the end of one cycle and the start of another.

I should warn that The World doesn’t always mean that you will marry the person you admire. The World can just represent married life in general, with anyone. Therefore, it is best to receive The World if you’re single as receiving it when you’re reading about a specific person doesn’t always guarantee that you will get a good result with that particular individual.

The Sun

The Sun is another marriage card and, in Tarot, it is traditionally associated with weddings. The Sun predicts happy marriages for the foreseeable future, especially if it appears in an outcome position.

I am personally much more likely to read The Sun as a marriage card if there are other marriage cards to support this interpretation. So, if you have The Sun plus any of the other cards on this list in your relationship reading, The Sun is a very, very good omen.

Cups Tarot Cards Which Mean Marriage

Three of Cups

The Three of Cups is not a ‘marriage’ Tarot card per se. But, it does predict weddings, engagements, births, baptisms, and other celebrations. This is why the Three of Cups is on our list of marriage cards. If your relationship is already well-established, then the Three of Cups can predict marriage and children.

If your relationship is not well-established, the Three of Cups is a good card to indicate that your relationship is heading in a more serious direction, especially if the two of you have not yet mingled with each other’s friends and relatives. The Three of Cups means that you and your lover will be attending weddings together (but not necessarily your own!)

Ten of Cups

As I stated with my last point, the Ten of Cups is a Tarot card which predicts that you will have your fairytale ending. This usually means that you will get a big fancy wedding and marriage the person of your dreams.

Also, the Ten of Cups is a card of families, babies and children. So, if you are at the point in your life where you would like to, not only marry, but start a family with your partner, the Ten of Cups in an outcome or future position of your relationship reading is a good sign.

Sometimes the Ten of Cups can show you and your lover’s families coming together to form one big happy whole. If you and your partner both have children or grandchildren, the Ten of Cups is a fortunate omen.

Pentacles Tarot Cards Which Mean Marriage

Ten of Pentacles

Finally, the Ten of Pentacles is another card that I read as a sign of marriage. In Tarot, the Ten of Pentacles is especially good for ‘marriage’ questions if you or your lover has inheritable assets.

The Ten of Pentacles often predicts that property, businesses, money, or other valuables will be kept in your family. They will be passed down to the younger generation. Therefore, if or your lover does not yet have a family of your own, then the Ten of Pentacles is an indicator that you one day will.

Also, like The Hierophant, the Ten of Pentacles is a card that can represent the continuation of tradition. So, if you feel as though you should marry because it is what is expected of you, then the Ten of Pentacles is a good marriage Tarot card.
